Christopher P Schlottmann is a Clinical Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Environmental Studies at New York University, leading undergraduate studies and global curriculum coordination. His research focuses on ethical dimensions of food, animals, and environmental sustainability. He holds roles as Director of Undergraduate Studies and Co-Director of Departmental Honors, while also being an Affiliated Professor of Bioethics.
