Jeffrey Stein is an Adjunct Professor at New York University's College of Arts and Science, affiliated with the Sustainable Food and Farming program. His work focuses on combatting the climate and environmental impacts of industrial animal agriculture. He holds a B.A. in Music and English from the University of Southern California (2011) and a J.D. from Columbia Law School (2019). Before joining NYU, he served as a legal fellow at Earthjustice and litigation counsel at the PETA Foundation, specializing in farmed animal welfare and constitutional rights of activists.
