Christopher Heid

Dr. Christopher Heid is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in adult cardiac surgery and cardiothoracic transplantation, with a focus on clinical outcomes analysis using institutional/national databases. His clinical interests include coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair/replacement, aortic surgery, heart/lung transplantation, and pulmonary thromboendarterectomy (PTE) for CTEPH patients.
