Hiromu Kehara, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. He serves as Surgical Director of Perioperative Patient Management at Temple University Hospital, specializing in advanced cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
- Education: MD and PhD from Shinshu University, Matsumoto, Japan
Research Interests include lung transplantation, pulmonary endarterectomy, Ross procedure, coronary artery bypass grafting, and cardiopulmonary bypass. His clinical expertise spans coronary artery bypass grafting, valve surgery, aortic surgery, mechanical circulatory support, and thoracic transplantation.
