Christopher Bowden

Christopher Bowden is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Civil Engineering and Management at the University of Manchester. His research focuses on enhancing agricultural resilience to climate change through crop-climate modeling and machine learning. He developed the open-source AquaCrop-OSPy model, collaborating with industry for practical applications. Previously, he researched rice production resilience in India during his PhD and wheat yield improvement at the John Innes Centre and Limagrain UK.
