Professor Christopher Barratt is the Head of Postgraduate Academic Medicine and Head of Reproductive Medicine at the University of Dundee. He studied BSc Zoology (1982) and PGCE (1983) at Swansea University, which shaped his career trajectory into medicine and education. His research focuses on IVF technologies, male fertility, and contraception development, notably funded by the Gates Foundation to investigate reversible male contraception via non-spermicidal methods.
