Research Focus
Dr. Hotaling’s research integrates advanced surgical techniques with cutting-edge molecular and epidemiologic studies to address male infertility, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, chronic testicular pain, and the impact of systemic disease on reproductive health. His laboratory leverages single-cell transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, and large population databases to uncover mechanisms underlying spermatogenic failure and to optimize clinical outcomes.
