Christopher B. Flynn

Dr. Christopher B. Flynn is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of North Florida (UNF). He holds a PhD in Management from Auburn University (2013), an MBA in Management/Organizational Development from Georgia State University (2004), and a BS in Sociology from Brigham Young University (1996). His research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership studies, and innovation management, with publications in journals such as Career Development International, Management Decision, and Business Horizons. He currently oversees the Human Resources minor program and directs the Master of Science in Management (MSM) program at UNF.
