Christoph Rasche

Prof. Dr. Christoph Rasche is a Full Professor at the University of Potsdam since 2001, holding the Chair of Management, Professional Services and Sport Economics. He previously worked in business and strategy consulting at Droege & Comp. AG in Dusseldorf and completed his habilitation in strategic management at the University of Bayreuth.

• Education: Studied Sport Economics at the University of Bayreuth; Doctorate under Prof. Dr. Heymo Böhler
• Academic Roles: Senior Scientist during habilitation, Managing Director/Vice Director of the Department of Sport Sciences

His research focuses on strategic management, sport economics, and professional services. He actively contributes to academic institutions as a member of the founding committee of gmip - General Management Institute Potsdam e.V., Institute for Management and Organization (IMO) e.V., and a nationwide task force on Sport Economics.

Prof. Rasche serves as associate editor and co-publisher for the publication series 'Leadership' and 'Strategisches Kompetenzmanagement' [Strategic Competence Management].
