Christoph Möllers

Christoph Möllers is a Professor at Humboldt University of Berlin who led the eighth annual Max Planck Master Class in Public Law at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law from May 13–16, 2019, focusing on What does the rule of law mean?.
