Christine Howe is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Dance at The University of Akron, part of the School of Dance, Theatre, and Arts Administration. She teaches courses in Modern Technique, Composition, and Dance Theory, emphasizing creative exploration and individuality in her pedagogy.

- BFA from The University of Akron Honors College
- MFA from The University of Iowa (emphasis in performance)
Research interests include fostering empathetic, humanistic connections through performance. As a performer, she has collaborated with companies such as Dance Works Chicago, Neos Dance Theatre, and Armando Duarte, showcasing works at festivals like the American College Dance Association and Iowa Arts Festival.
