Christina Perry is a Professor of Law at Queen Mary University of London's School of Law, where she has taught since 2011. She holds an AB from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Virginia. Her practice background includes seven years at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, specializing in corporate transactions and regulatory matters. She is admitted to practice in New York and England/Wales.
Her research focuses on contract law, including good faith principles, comparative legal systems, accent bias in the legal profession, and legal education innovation. Teaching responsibilities include Contract Law I & II and Commercial & Consumer Law. Recent work explores workplace integration in legal education and cross-jurisdictional contract law dynamics.
