Christian Geiß

Prof. Christian Geiß is a Professor at the University of Bonn leading the Research Group 'Georisk Research using Remote Sensing Methods' in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR). His work focuses on the critical interactions between natural hazards and settlement areas, addressing a significant gap in current risk modeling approaches that often rely on aggregated or outdated data.
