Christa Lee-Chuvala, PhD, serves as the Dean of the College of Business and Leadership and holds the academic rank of Associate Professor in the PhD in Organizational Leadership program at Eastern University. She has been affiliated with the university since 2017. Her roles include teaching quantitative research methods, overseeing dissertation committees, and leading initiatives such as the Leadership Fellows Program (a scholarship and leadership development program for undergraduates).
