Chris Avore is an Executive Education Lecturer specializing in customer experience and design. He currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience and Design at Modus Create in Washington DC, where he helps organizations adopt customer-centric practices. Previously, he advised design teams at InVision for world-class companies like Netflix and Boeing and led Nasdaq's design and UX organization for 7 years.
