Ronnie Battista

Ronnie Battista is an Instructor and Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University School of Business, where he co-created the Rutgers Mini-Masters in User Experience Design program and serves as its Program Director. He also leads the Executive MBA Experience program, focusing on customer-centric management and design thinking. Beyond academia, Ronnie is the Practice Lead for Experience Design at Slalom Consulting, with a 20-year career spanning leadership roles at Accenture, Dun & Bradstreet, Gextech (Spain), and MISI Company (NTT Data).
