Carl Schwab is an Instructor in Software Engineering and Data Science at the University of St. Thomas's School of Engineering. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. His expertise includes digital strategy execution, customer experience strategy, design thinking, and agile development processes. He currently teaches UI/UX Design (SEIS 755) and has 15+ years of industry experience leading teams in consulting and product management at West Monroe, where he focuses on digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients.
