Chongyang WANG

Dr. Chongyang Wang is a mathematics education researcher at Beijing Normal University's School of Education, focusing on teacher documentation expertise through cross-cultural studies between China and France. His work explores how educators interact with resources in collective settings, particularly through the Documentational Approach to Didactics and Cultural-Historical Activity Theory.

Key findings show collective lesson design significantly enhances expertise development, with Chinese institutional frameworks (TRG) and French digital resource ecosystems offering complementary insights.

Academic output trends include comparative analyses of resource systems, collective pedagogy, and digital technology integration. His publications span journals like ZDM Mathematics Education and Educational Studies in Mathematics, alongside international conference proceedings from ICME, ICMI Study 25, and CERME.
