Chongxiao (Sean) Chen is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Poultry Science at the University of Georgia's College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences. His research focuses on poultry nutrition, feed additives, and stress-related health challenges, with a particular emphasis on gut health, mycotoxin mitigation, and bone development in poultry species.
