Chien-Liang Lee

Chien-Liang Lee is a Full-Time Research Professor at the Institute of Legal Studies, Academia Sinica, and concurrently holds a Professor position at National Taiwan University (NTU). He earned his PhD in Law from Göttingen University and has made significant contributions to constitutional law, administrative law, and environmental protection law.

His research emphasizes the local application of legal theory, the history of legal systems, and the deduction of legal principles. He has authored influential works such as Constitutional Theory and Practice I (1999), Constitutional Theory and Practice II (2000), Constitutional Theory and Practice III (2004), and Evolution of Ideas of Human Right (2010), alongside over 100 research papers.
