Cheyenne Frazier

Cheyenne Frazier is an Associate Professor in Pharmacotherapy at the Washington State University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She practices clinically at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington, where she manages diabetes and chronic conditions while providing gender-affirming care.
