Cheyenne Beach, MD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics (Cardiology) at Yale School of Medicine and Director of the Pediatric Electrophysiology program. She specializes in managing heart rhythm disorders in children and adults with congenital heart disease, performing advanced electrophysiology studies, ablation procedures, and device implantations. Her clinical expertise includes pediatric arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, and Lyme carditis complications.
Dr. Beach completed her residency at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and advanced fellowship training in pediatric and adult congenital electrophysiology at the University of Michigan. She holds certifications in clinical pediatric electrophysiology from the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. She is affiliated with Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Heart Center.
Her research focuses on optimizing transcatheter ablation techniques and Lyme disease-related arrhythmias. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications on cardiac implantable devices, congenital heart disease management, and international registries for genetic arrhythmia syndromes.
Dr. Beach has received multiple accolades, including the Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital Faculty Honor Roll (2018, 2019), the Sang C. Park Award (2015), and recognition for her first-year fellowship performance (2014). She actively participates in professional committees and collaborates on clinical guidelines for pediatric cardiac device management.
