Dr Charlotte Morris is Senior Lecturer in Education and Sociology at the University of Portsmouth, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She joined in 2020 after six years at the University of Sussex (2014-2020) and prior roles at Brighton and Anglia Ruskin Universities. Her work bridges gender and sexuality studies, higher education research, and feminist pedagogies.

Research focuses on gendered academic precarity, student mental health, and inclusive pedagogies.
