Gillian Love is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the School of Law, Politics and Sociology, University of Sussex. She teaches across a wide range of sociological subjects, including feminist theory, gender studies, social theory, and research methods. Since 2020, she has convened the MA Gender Studies programme and leads core modules such as Critical Reading in Advanced Gender Theory and Sex, Work and Reproduction.
