Associate Professor Charles Pilgrim is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at Monash University's School of Translational Medicine, affiliated with The Alfred Hospital. He holds roles as a Consultant Surgeon at Cabrini Health Limited, Frankston Hospital, and Peninsula Private Hospital. His expertise spans surgical oncology, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, and minimally invasive surgery. A/Prof Pilgrim completed his PhD at the University of Melbourne (2009–2012) and trained in HPB Surgery in the USA. He is an international Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and serves on various committees, including the ANZHPBA and IHPBA.

Grants & Projects: Leads initiatives such as the SuperQoL trial (2023–2027) and the PTM-101 Phase I clinical trial (2021–2024).
