Charles L. Rice, Jr.

Charles L. Rice, Jr. serves as a Visiting Professor at the Southern University Law Center. A distinguished professional with a multifaceted career spanning law, corporate leadership, and public service, he previously held prominent roles such as President and CEO of Entergy New Orleans, LLC (2010-2019), City Attorney of New Orleans (2002), and Chief Administrative Officer of New Orleans. His expertise encompasses utility management, regulatory strategy, and governance.

• Military Service: Former U.S. Army military intelligence officer with Airborne and Air Assault badges
