Stanley Millan

Stanley A. Millan is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he has taught courses and seminars on environmental law and government contract law since the 1989 academic year. Additionally, he has taught at Tulane Law School since 2001.

Since 1993, he has served as Special Counsel for Jones, Walker, focusing on environmental law and government contract litigation.
