Michael R. Tregle Jr. serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School, specializing in Bid Protests. A career U.S. Army Judge Advocate since 2008, he currently leads Trial Team 1 at the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency’s Contract Litigation and Intellectual Property Division in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
His research centers on government procurement law, with expertise in bid protest litigation before the GAO, ASBCA, Court of Federal Claims, and Federal Circuit. Key contributions include work on the CACI, Inc-Federal v. United States case that redefined Tucker Act standing requirements and published scholarship on anti-corruption efforts in Eastern European post-Soviet states.
