Changqiu Yu is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting & Finance Department at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, holding a CPA Research Fellowship. Her research focuses on textual analysis of financial analyst reports, examining their informational content and interactions with corporate governance and institutional factors.

Research Interests: Data Analytics, Analyst Forecasts, International Accounting, and Corporate Governance. She currently leads an SSHRC Insight Grant on carbon emissions and firm valuation, and collaborates on analyzing private management interactions via textual analysis.
