Chanais Matthias

Chanais Matthias is a Lecturer at the Department of Health Professions, Manchester Metropolitan University. She is a HCPC-registered Health Psychologist with a doctoral qualification in Health Psychology from the British Psychological Society (BPS). Her research focuses on implementation science, health inequalities, and complex intervention development, particularly in women's health conditions like menopause.

Her recent research outputs include feasibility studies on mindfulness training for healthcare professionals, systematic reviews of CBT and exercise interventions for mental health disorders, and qualitative evaluations of online self-management programs for chronic diseases. She actively contributes to postgraduate teaching in health psychology and clinical practice.
