Cevat Söylemez is an Associate Professor at Dumlupınar University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Trade and Finance. He holds a PhD in Business from Dumlupınar University. His academic roles include serving as Deputy Head of Department since 2021 and Vice Head of Department since 2021. He has held research assistant positions since 2013 and served as Farabi Coordinator and Erasmus Department Coordinator.

Research Interests: Focuses on digital marketing strategies, consumer behavior in e-commerce, global brand management, sustainable business practices, and the impact of social media on purchasing decisions. His work explores topics like consumer trust in mobile banking, green marketing, and competitive strategies in international trade.
Publications: Over 30 peer-reviewed articles and 15 books/chapters, including works on digital advertising, consumer loyalty in online platforms, and global brand equity. Recent studies analyze the role of FoMO in marketing and health tourism positioning.
Awards: 2021 Incentive Award from Dumlupınar University for academic contributions. Editorial roles include co-editing Digital Marketing: Current Topics (2020) and Globalized Consumer Insights in the Digital Era (2024).
Grants/Projects: Led projects on SME innovation in TR33 region (2019-2021), export performance strategies (2023), and student/employee satisfaction models (2017-2019). Active in EU-funded Erasmus+ initiatives and city branding studies.
