Ceri Vaughan is a Senior HRM Lecturer and Programme Leader for MSc HRM and MSc HRM (International) programmes at the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL), University of the West of England. She holds a BA(Hons) in Business Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and an MSc in Human Resource Development.

With over a decade of prior experience as a Management Trainer, Training Consultant, and Head of Learning and Development across industries, she brings practical insights into human resource development and organizational learning.
