Kyle Geraghty

Kyle Geraghty is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of the West of England, with over five years of teaching experience since 2015. He leads the Business and Management Programme and holds fellowship status in Higher Education (FHEA).

His research focuses on the intersection of political economy, economic geography, and human resource management, particularly how inter-capitalist competition and globalization shape labor markets. He explores value theory, global production networks, uneven development, and critical management theory.

Geraghty’s scholarly work includes a 2020 book chapter on uneven development in global production networks, reflecting his expertise in global political economy and labor market dynamics. His interests span interdisciplinary themes such as gendering in labor markets, pricing processes, and varieties of capitalism.
