Celia Brewer Sinclair

Celia Brewer Sinclair is a Senior Lecturer in Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she teaches courses for the General Education program and the Honors College. Her current course offerings include “A Good Life: What is it? How does one live it?” (LBST 2101) and “Heroes and Warrior Women” (LBST 2102).

She holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.A. from Yale Divinity School.

Research Interests: Her work centers on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, emphasizing pedagogical strategies such as the flipped classroom, active learning, team-based learning, online learning environments, and the integration of ePortfolios in education.
