Welcome to my Spelman College faculty website. While I have two main areas of focus here, my overarching goal is to facilitate exploration.
- Dance History: Courses include: Black Presence in American Dance, Women in Dance: Sexism, Sexuality and Subversion, Choreographing Lives: Women’s Auto/biography and Dance.
- Contemplative Pedagogy and Practices: Teach Contemplative Practices and the Arts, offer retreats/workshops to promote enhanced awareness, creativity, clarity, and contentment.
