Prof. Cathrin Eireiner is a Professor of Human Resources Management at Pforzheim University, serving as Deputy Director of the Institute for Human Resources Research and member of the Human Resources Competence Center (HRCC). She holds a doctorate in psychology from the University of Mannheim (2007), with a thesis on employee bonding factors. Her research focuses on leadership development in VUCA environments, team dynamics in agile organizations, and ESG integration in HR strategies.
