Susanne Liebermann

Prof. Susanne Liebermann holds the Professorship for Human Resource Management at the Department of Economics, West Coast University of Applied Sciences. She is affiliated with the West Coast Institute for Human Resource Management (WinHR) and serves on multiple institutional committees including the Senate and Audit Committee. Her academic background includes a 2014 PhD from TU Dresden’s Work and Organizational Psychology department and a 2004 diploma in Psychology from University of Mannheim.

Her research focuses on organizational psychology with emphases on age-diverse teams, leadership development, workplace health management, and sustainable HR practices. Key contributions include studies on telework implementation during the pandemic, age diversity’s impact on team performance, and leadership strategies in demographic shifts.
