Jan Westensee

Jan Westensee is a Lecturer and Teacher for special tasks at the Department of Business, West Coast University of Applied Sciences. He serves as Project Manager for the DIA – Digital Requirements Profiles initiative and is affiliated with the WinHR (West Coast Institute for Human Resource Management). His teaching focuses on Scientific Thinking, Personnel and Organizational Psychology, Work Psychology, and Leadership, with practical emphasis on case study seminars and internship supervision.
