Dr. Catherine Kavanagh is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Mary Immaculate College, where she researches and teaches within the Faculty of Arts. She holds a PhD from the University of Notre Dame, an MPhil from the National University of Ireland, and an MMS from Notre Dame.
Her scholarship focuses on ancient and medieval philosophical traditions, with particular expertise in neo-Platonism, patristic philosophy, and medieval theological discourse.
