Cassi Willard

Cassi Willard is Lecturer in Management and Program Director of Blackstone LaunchPad at UCF. She holds a JD from University of Florida and BS in Business Administration from UCF. With 20+ years at Full Sail University, she taught business courses at undergraduate/graduate levels.

Her work focuses on entrepreneurial education, startup advocacy, and legal aspects of creative industries. She directs programs providing entrepreneurship coaching, pitch competitions, and skill development for students.
