Caspar Rose is a Professor in Finance at the Department of Accounting, Copenhagen Business School. He combines a legal background (cand.jur) with economics (cand.merc.(fir)) and a Ph.D. in finance to address interdisciplinary research questions. His work focuses on corporate governance, financial markets/institutions, capital markets regulation, and M&A dynamics.
- Research: Multi-disciplinary studies bridging finance, law, and corporate governance.
- Teaching: Courses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Shareholder Rights.
