Dr. Carolyn M Evans is a researcher and teaching fellow at the University of New South Wales, Faculty of Law & Justice, specializing in international law, human rights, and constitutional democracy. Her work focuses on reforming the United Nations Security Council's accountability mechanisms, as detailed in her 2021 monograph Towards a more accountable United Nations Security Council, and exploring constitutional populism's impact on democratic institutions.
