Professor Simon Evans is the Pro Vice-Chancellor at the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Commerce, La Trobe University. Previously, he served as Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) at the University of Melbourne and held a Professorial role at Melbourne Law School. His research focuses on comparative public law, constitutional governance, and human rights frameworks, particularly in Commonwealth jurisdictions.
