Carolyn Lesyshen

Carolyn Lesyshen is a part-time lecturer at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), where she has taught evening payroll management classes since September 2009. She supervises payroll classes such as Introduction Payroll Management and Applied Payroll Management. Additionally, she works as a Payroll Supervisor for Servus Credit Union Ltd since July 2006 and actively volunteers with the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA), serving on its Board of Directors since June 2014.

• Former NAIT student with certifications: Certified Payroll Manager, Human Resource Management certificate, General Management certificate, and Becoming a Master Instructor Level 1
• Active in CPA leadership roles: Vice Chair/Chair of Edmonton Branch, organizer of national conferences, and member of Bylaws Committee
• Mentors CPA members and students, participates in Network & Share sessions and national payroll events

Her work focuses on payroll education, professional development, and community engagement within the Canadian Payroll Association.
