Caroline Norrie is a Senior Research Fellow at King's College London's NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce. Her research focuses on gambling-related harms, adult social care systems, and healthcare workforce policies. She holds academic positions within the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy and collaborates with multiple institutions including the NIHR School for Social Care Research.
