Dr. Kalpa Kharicha is a Senior Research Fellow at King’s College London’s Policy Institute, specializing in aging populations, health promotion, and social care workforce policy. She previously held roles at UCL’s Centre for Ageing Population Studies and led research initiatives at the Campaign to End Loneliness. Her current work focuses on evaluating healthcare policies, international recruitment in social care, and interventions for older adults with mild frailty.
