Carole Trespaderne is a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University since 2015, specializing in nursing education and public health. Previously, she served as a Senior Lecturer at Thames Valley University (now the University of West London) and as a practice tutor at the Open University. She holds dual registrations as a general nurse (RGN) and health visitor (RHV), alongside qualifications in nurse teaching and an MA in Learning and Teaching (2007).
Her career spans over three decades in healthcare education, emphasizing clinical practice assessment and nurse training. Key roles include Course Leader for the PGDip Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and contributing to the BSc Public Health program. Her professional highlights include an invitation to Koc University, Istanbul, to share expertise in nurse education methodologies.
An NMC-registered nurse teacher and prescriber, Trespaderne is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, reflecting her commitment to advancing teaching excellence in healthcare.
