معرفی
Carole Duboc is a Senior CNRS Researcher (DR CE1) since 2024 at the University of Grenoble Alpes, affiliated with the Department of Molecular Chemistry. Her work focuses on bio-inspired metal-sulfur complexes for catalytic activation of small molecules via multi-redox processes.
- Keywords: Bio-Inorganic Chemistry, Molecular Catalysis, Oxygen Activation, Hydrogen Production
Research Interests: Duboc's research explores the design of thiolate-based ligand systems mimicking biological metal-sulfur interactions to develop catalysts for energy and environmental applications, including O2 activation, H2 production, and CO2 reduction. Her projects emphasize electrocatalysis and mechanisms of redox-driven reactions.
Leadership Roles: She chairs the DefiCO2 cross-disciplinary project (IdEx UGA) and the ARCANE Excellence Laboratory Network (LABEX) for bio-driven chemistry. Duboc also serves as an Associate Editor for JACS Au and contributes to the EUR "Chemistry, Biology & Health" program.
