Carol Andrades serves as a Senior Lecturer at Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, teaching in the Melbourne Law Masters Program. Research Interests
Her expertise centers on anti-discrimination law, employment law, and industrial law, with significant contributions including authoring the chapter on Freedom from Discrimination and Harassment in the Australian Charter of Employment Rights and collaborating with the ILO in Vietnam on Labour Code implementation. Her academic focus emphasizes practical applications in workplace equality and discrimination frameworks, reflected in her teaching of Equality and Discrimination at Work (laws70025).
