Carla Robbins is a Clinical Professor at the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, Baruch College, with expertise in National Security, U.S. Politics, Foreign Policy, and Journalism. She holds a PhD in Political Science from UC Berkeley, an MA from the same institution, and a BA from Wellesley College. As a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), she leads the 'National Security in an Age of Disruption' roundtable series and contributes to major media outlets.
Her research spans geopolitical strategy, cybersecurity, media influence on policy, and nuclear security. Articles highlight her focus on AI in foreign policy, U.S.-NATO dynamics, and post-conflict diplomacy. She has moderated panels at institutions like NATO's Academic Conference and the International Studies Association.
